Hey single ladies! I know it, there must be one guy or two that you are interested in but don't know how to catch his attention. Well, let me share you some tips that might help you in some way. I got this from one of tweets.. :)
This might sound like a cliche' but it's so important that you remain true to who you are and not try to make yourself into something that you think he will like. He'll be attracted to your confidence!
You don't have to throw yourself at him, but make sure he knows you exist. Start slow, with a smile and a simple conversation starter, and go from there.
Guys never want to have to choose between their best buddies and their girl. Be friends with his buddies so he doesn't have to choose. If you already have some mutual friends, chat them up once in a while. If he sees you socializing in his circle, he might be more inclined to chat you up himself!
If you dress like a skank. You will get attention from guys for sure, but it won't be the kind of attention you really want. This type of attraction is fleeting and is usually gone once the guy gets what he wants. Instead, dress to flatter your figure, and leave a bit to the imagination. He will be intrigued!
Guys like to talk about themselves; you know it's true. Make things about him at first, and ask him questions about himself and his interests. Show a genuine interest in him, and he will likely reciprocate.
When you do get the opportunity to have a great conversation with him, or even if you just catch his eye from across the room, make eye contact. If you look away from him, you will seem timid and uninterested. He needs to see your eyes to really see you.
Friendship is the best starting point for any relationship. If you come on too strong, acting like you want to be his girlfriend right away, you can scare him off. Let the friendship develop at its own pace.
Smile, laugh, giggle, be positive! Don't gripe, complain or gossip. This will let him know you are self-assured and not desperate for a guy to make you happy.
Don't so be readily available. If he starts to show some interest then pull back a little--but not too far. Show an interest in hanging out, but don't jump at his every offer. If he knows you have other things going on in your life that are important to you, he will want to work to be one of those things. If you don't jump straight into his arms, he will see that you are worth working for!
